Each rider requires an ‘appointment’.
How to add multiple riders to the same one hour appointment time...

• Choose your appointment day/time.

• Select the quantity of spots/riders.

• Click on your preferred date.

• Select the time box at the bottom of the calendar.

• Follow prompts to complete your booking. Please ensure you list all rider names (up to 4)

Please note, unless you book all four spots for your chosen time, you may be sharing the arena with other riders. If you would like exclusive use, choose the ‘exclusive use’ option or contact us to make a time directly. We’re always happy to help!

We have times available where you can book our Indoor Arena exclusively for up to 4 riders.

You only need to make one appointment. Simply select the booking type that corresponds with your chosen number of riders.

• Select Indoor Arena - Exclusive Use.

• Choose your number of riders.

• Click on your preferred date.

• Select the time box at the bottom of the calendar.

• Follow prompts to complete your booking. Please ensure you list all rider names (up to 4).

Times are limited for exclusive use. If you need a time that isn’t available, please contact us.

HIRE time is your RIDING time. Please be in the arena at the time of your booking. If others have booked after you, you will need to leave the arena when their session begins.

Cancellations for arena hire under 48 hours will incur a fee 50% of your booking. Cancellations for lessons/clinics within 24 hours of booking time will require the rider to find a replacement or pay the full lesson fee. We do not offer refunds.

You may reschedule your booking for arena hire up until 48 hours before booking time. If you wish to make a change within 48 hours, please contact us directly. Changes may incur a fee. Rescheduling a booking for lessons/clinics may be done within 1 week of booking time. It is the riders responsibility to find a replacement for their allocated time or the full lesson fee will be charged. We do not offer refund

All riders/coaches must sign a Next Level Equestrian Vic waiver form.  Riders under 18 must have form signed and be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Click here to download
